A couple of points about the surveys...

Hi again, everyone!
A couple of questions came up that we should have mentioned when we released the surveys this morning:
-
If you used a privaterelay.apple.id email address for Kickstarter, that is where your survey link email will go... which means you probably won't receive it. Please message us here on Kickstarter or email [email protected] with an alternate email, and we will update your Backerkit with the new address and resend your link.
- For those of you who pre-registered for the campaign, your shipping credit reward will be applied the week before Thanksgiving, before your cards are charged. Note: the credit card info you enter during the survey process is just pre-entering the info -- we don't actually charge the cards until the orders are locked, which we'll likely do Thanksgiving weekend or the week after.
I think that's all that has come up as of now, but if you have any other questions about the surveys, let us know!

Sorry for the delay -- just a quick note to say that all surveys have now been sent!
We expected to have them out Sunday, but things got away from us... sorry! They are all now on their way to whatever email address you used to log into Kickstarter. Please watch for that message (from Backerkit on behalf of 619-Magnetic); check your spam folders if necessary. If you haven't found it by Friday, let us know and we'll help you out.

SHIN ZERO Smoke Test Surveys have begun!

Hi everyone!
Just a quick update to let you know that surveys are going out this weekend! Be on the lookout for an email from Backerkit on behalf of Label 619-Magnetic Press.
A randomly selected ~5% of you may receive your surveys sooner than the others as part of the "smoke test". This is a small batch of surveys meant to ferret out any hidden bugs in the pledge manager that should be fixed before the larger batch of surveys is sent. That smoke test usually takes about 24 hours, or until ~75% of those test surveys are completed. We expect the rest of you should get your survey links by Monday.
If you have any questions or haven't received your links by early next week, let us know, and we'll help you out!

Hi everyone!
You did it! In the last final minutes, you unlocked the 5-star achievement token! Woohoo!
We knew you had it in ya...!
We'll now get to work on the Pledge Manager while Kickstarter collects and processes your pledges. They recommend a two-week window, at which point any pledge they cannot collect will be marked as cancelled. (But don't worry -- your pledge will still carry over into the Pledge Manager, where you can make a late payment if necessary...)
Expect surveys to go out in about two weeks! In the meantime, have a great weekend! We'll be celebrating (before buckling down for the work ahead, making your cool stuff)! 😎

We're in the final stretch, with only 5 days left! The Sentai Party continues to be exciting as yet ANOTHER STRETCH GOAL IS UNLOCKED!
